Description

This year's Herchel Smith Lecture in Intellectual Property will be delivered by The Hon Mr Justice Carr. The topic is "Virgin v Zodiac and its aftermath: res judicata, stays, recovery of damages and post-trial amendments".

The lecture will start at 6 pm (registration from 5.30pm). Please join us for a drinks reception afterwards.

The venue is the QMUL Charterhouse Square campus.

The evening is chaired by Professor Johanna Gibson, Herchel Smith Professor of Intellectual Property Law. We look forward to welcoming you at this significant event in the QMIPRI calendar.
